We arrive at comic 100 and also end the chapter at 100. (Not counting the Kyuukei of course) Though with all the work I’m currently putting into the site as we speak, its effects are somewhat dulled a bit by things  much bigger coming around the corner to Angry Rabbit Studios. Still, 100 isn’t a number a lot of webcomics make it too, and I don’t think I could imagine where I’d be when I reached it a few years ago.

Of course this is the part where I get all sappy and thank the little people and such, but truly I wouldn’t be continuing this story without the bits of feedback I’ve gotten ever since the Kitsunekiki.com days. Knowing there’s people generally interested in the story you have to tell makes it hard to ever turn back. Even at times of big changes for the website and the general direction we’re taking things, to still have readers willing to put up with all the chaos is something to be proud of.

Cheers to another 100 comics! It will be very interesting looking back were things will be at 200.

Congrats on reaching 100 comics! And it’s certainly been coming along since I first started reading this comic.

Thanks! Indeed it has come a long way from humble beginnings. Thanks for sticking with us in during these bumpy rides.

It’s been an definite improvement from those beginnings, so you guys should be proud. And happy. And is some of that pie left?

Very little :), and to be exact, one was a “tart” and the other a “galette”.

Then the celebration continues! … but nothing tops Caboose’s grandmother’s famous hair pie. o.o

Congratulations! I started reading a couple years ago (I think), then I lost the site and then found it a couple months ago and read everything again.

I love the story and the artwork looks professional. I’m glad you kept this story alive so long, and I hope this great comic continues long into the future.

(I’m betting on there being a real katana sealed inside the stone katana.)

I’m amazed folks are able to find it again in this big sea that is the internet! Thanks again for the kind words of support, big things are upon us for this series in the years to come for sure.

(Haha, you’ll see the secret of the stone katana in due time. ;) )

Congratulations from me as well! I’ve been reading it for a few years now too; it has a great art style and I’m really glad that it’s still running. I know it takes a lot of work to do a comic, I couldn’t pull it off myself, so great job on keeping with it. Always look forward to seeing the updates from it.

I also hope that with the next chapter we’ll see the return of Mimi again (it’s been nearly fifty pages I think!), always a big fan of hers. =P

      Thanks Brian!

Sam’s been doing an awesome job and I know he works his arse off trying to get it updated on time. We celebrated with some pie! VERY good pie! :D

As for everyone’s favorite Tanuki girl, can’t say for sure about next chapter, but expect to see a lot of her pretty soon! It’s going to be awesome! ^_-
